As soon as possible after the event that causes the loss or damage, or liability, please:
- Take reasonable steps to minimise, reduce, preserve the damage.
- Do not admit any liability or at fault.
- Where appropriate, inform the police about: any malicious damage, theft, or accidental loss of valuables.
