Secure Payments
We utilise the automated DEFT Payment Systems, which offers a simple, easy and secure way to make insurance payments. Payment of accounts is simplified with 5 easy payment options, along with our premium funding facility for monthly debits. Payments can be made Online, at Australia Post, by BPay or various other options.
DEFT is operated by Macquarie Bank, and processes millions of payments each year, giving thousands of bill payers the freedom, flexibility, security and convenience of paying bills online. The DEFT website is protected by 256-bit encryption running on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Statewide’s Trust Account for Insurance Premiums is linked to the DEFT system, and ensures seamless integration for clients, ourselves as broker, our insurers and our banking.
